At re:source places we are all about transparency and fairness.  We bill either hourly (consulting) or per project (building).  

We always offer free estimates on work, free quotes on materials, and never try to force our clients to buy anything.

Consulting services would include tasks such as:  going to the city for permits, researching prices on fixtures and materials, gathering samples from show rooms, ordering custom windows and doors, or even going to the Home Depot. 

re:source places has wholesale accounts for various fixtures and materials and passes the cost savings onto our clients. Your project may require a steam unit for a custom steam shower, designer plumbing fixtures, or a whole house filtration system; all of these are available to you at below retail prices.  When showrooms, wholesalers and “to the trade” venders are involved, we charge cost plus 25%. That’s wholesale cost plus 25%, not retail! 

Consultation may lead to hiring and supervising sub contractors. At this point we are at project management, and fees are billed at cost plus 25%.  All costs are transparent and will be in writing before being incurred. Our sub contractors are loyal and honest.  Costs will be “firm bid” for each project and will not change unless there are unexpected problems that were not apparent until the walls came down.  We are available to manage an entire project from start to finish or just one aspect of a larger project.
